OurHealth article leads to TV programme

Senior citizens at this Free State club meet every week to do exercise together to stay physically and mentally healthy.

‘€œSince the establishment of the luncheon we never had television people coming to film us, this means the club is now well-known, all thanks to OurHealth,’€ said the club chairperson, Me Dhlamini Pulane (63). Another member, Mr Mokoena Seabata, said: ‘€œI am very happy with what is happening today, our club now shows that it’€™s growing and other elderly people can be encouraged to come and join us.’€

Television crew did a programme on elderly people who exercise and keep healthy.

The club currently uses the Mphohadi Clinic resources, and is in need of more space and equipment.
